      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have closed my account and now have the final bill to pay.&amp;nbsp; Cannot sign onto my account as it is closed, the fast payment seems to be only for mobiles. this is my broadband account HOW CAN I PAY THE BILL&lt;/P&gt;
