Is in any different if you use the 'Devices' drop down in the app versus the topology/network overview? Any different if you temporarily power off the second access point and reboot the hub as a test? Is DHCP disabled on the Hub 5?

Hi all. I have been with EE for a number of months now and generally happy with the hardware and performance - I only have FTTC which is an openreach issue not EE but getting close to the 80/20 limit which is good (thankfully I am only 100m from the cabinet)

I have a real issue with the EE app though. I currently have 17 devices connected to my Smart Hub 6+. The majority are connected to the hub itself via Wifi or Ethernet - a couple via non a non EE access points in my outbuilding . Ethernet port 1 has my Western Digital NAS connected (next to the hub). Port 2 has an old BT Hub 5 in the workshop repurposed as an access point fed via Ethernet - currently has an IP camera and a smart TV connected to it (that has its own Wifi network with a different SSID to the house one).

WiFi devices connected to the hub itself are a couple of laptops, three smart TVs, a HP Printer, three mobile phones (when we are all home), a Raspberry Pi running the 3D printer, a couple of Google Chromecasts, a Solar PV Inverter and smart Thermostat.

However the EE app only shows 4 devices and no matter how many times I reinstall it, restart my router, clear browser caches or anything else, it never shows any more.

They are the WD NAS, One Laptop, The Raspberry Pi and one Google Chromecast. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to get it work as I would really like to change the name of the various attached devices to something meaningful (3 entries on the router list called LG WebOS TV are not really helpful, I want to call them Lounge TV, Bedroom TV, Daughters TV etc). Sadly the only way to do this seems to be via the app as the routers web interface will not allow renaming But as I cant get any of them to appear, I cannot change their names.

My app (Android app on Google Pixel 7) shows as 5.75.0 and the router shows app version as 3.1.18 and firmware as r3.8.30-R-1627300-PROD-80004

Please can anyone offer some advice on how to sort this as I have tried everything I can think of or that online searches suggest. Thank you in advance
