Internet worst now than ever times out, download speed not constant not stable

Since been sent to EE the internet is more worst paying 500mb more like 0.00050mb its a scam download speed monitor shows 500mbps but doesnt show constant like a graph you can see,
Keeps timing out playing Playstation 5, when connecting devices drops off then back on, thought it was my devices brought new ones, tried them at mates house they work fine its the internet hub
how can i request an EE hub instead of this BT hub got now??

@Mrchunkysquirre Don't think that you can, the BT Smarthub2 is a hub that EE keeps when working and for a BT/EE changeover, you would only get the EE Smarthub 2023 which is the same model in sheep's clothing. Have you connected the PS via Ethernet cable to see what happens?

Hi @Mrchunkysquirre

As @JimM11 said but if you have just a non pro PS5 then I would recommend going into the PS WiFi settings and changing the network setting to connect to 5GHz WiFi only as it will by default connect to the 2.4GHz.

Also the hubs EE supply are free and not the most modern but OK for most people. I would recommend investing in a good WiFi access point and disabling WiFi on the router or replacing the router with your own and which will allow more options/better WiFi.

Thank you will try that and if that doesnt work i wait till contract end and go to another supplier
