    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4915042"&gt;@Mrchunkysquirre&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4314848"&gt;@JimM11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;said but if you have just a non pro PS5 then I would recommend going into the PS WiFi settings and changing the network setting to connect to 5GHz WiFi only as it will by default connect to the 2.4GHz.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the hubs EE supply are free and not the most modern but OK for most people. I would recommend investing in a good WiFi access point and disabling WiFi on the router or replacing the router with your own and which will allow more options/better WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you connected the PS via Ethernet cable to see what happens?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
