How to disable "withhold number" setting on landline

Hello, People tell me that my landline number is set to "number withheld". Can anyone tell me how to disable this setting? Many thanks in advance.

For individual calls: Dial 1470 in front of the called no.
For all calls: You need to call CS to remove the permanent Withhold. In this case if you want to withhold on an individual call, dial 141 in front of the called no.

To withhold your number on individual calls, just dial 141 before the telephone number you want to call.
