The details of the Switching Offer are available here: https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/early-cancellation-credit

Once your partner receives and pays the final bill with their old provider, they are then able to send this through to the dedicated EE email address and the value of the early termination charges will be added as a credit to their EE Account.

Important to note that the account holder for the old service would need to be the same for the new one to be eligible for the offer.

I was contacted by EE and was given a good price to have our broadband with them instead of sky and was told they would cover the cancellation fee off £100 with Sky. My partner had the bill today and it hasn’t been covered?
