I've recently joined EE Broadband and received a fibre connection and Smart Hub Plus. When connecting this to my PC either by wire or wi-fi, the taskbar logo of the globe with the no-entry sign shows, and all settings show that there is an ethernet connection, but no network BUT the internet largely works. Steam will download large files and Chrome can browse - I'm submitting this from there. Certain things don't connect though, Spotify being the primary one, and others need several refreshes to convince them to connect. I've had a replacement smarthub and this did not rectify the problem.
