      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4907918"&gt;@Kelly792&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You may just have to check with EE CS if you have not received any e-mail or text from them that the service is now switched on and live for you, they should know by today from OR if there was any connection issues!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E-mail would have possibly had the heading ""&lt;SPAN&gt;Your service is good to go"", have a look in case it went to your junk mail! mine was at 02:23 early morning of the switchover day!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
