      <title>Open reach external modem cap</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This afternoon I noticed some of the silicone or glue around the openreach modem’s external cap/cover has come loose, leaving a gap between the cap and the wall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anyone know how go about getting this sorted? It seems I have to go through EE rather than Openreach, but does anyone know which number to call / lines to go through to talk to the right department?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
