Hi

I cannnot get access to the two NAS drives attached to my EE router on either my desktop or laptop, both using Windows 11. I can, however, see both the drives when I go into the router. For some reason the EE router is identified in File Explorer as OpeenWrt router.

Any suggestions to gaining access to these NAS drives would be appreciated.

Frank

If the issue were occasionally dropping the connection per the linked issued, then one would expect to be able to use the NAS except it would not work sometimes. The OP issue is different, i.e. no connectivity at all from client to NAS. If i"ve understood correctly anway

@TheDWO what are the NAS models being used? Does it matter what Ethernet port you connect them to? Are the desktop and laptop connected via Ethernet or WiFi, or does it not matter? If connected by WiFi, try Ethernet and vice versa. This is just to try an isolate the problem space

The NAS drives I have are T-Link DNS-320 and DNS320L.

I have tried the various suggested solutions and have managed to open both the drives by mapping them. I can access the files, which was the object. The drives are old and so will be upgraded, once I have transferred all the relevant files.

Thanks to all who responded.
