Hi, I have ordered EE fiber for our new house which we will be moving into at the start of the new year, in our current house the internet is with Sky and is in my mother in laws name, in the new house with EE it will be in my name (Mother in law is also moving with us hence the reason for cancelling her current provider). would we still be eligible for the switch off to pay off the current providers termination fees

No, it is only valid when switching BB at a particular addy, not for home moves.

So if I transfer current internet to the new home, then switch would that work? Even if account holder names are different on the w providers?

Yes I am aware. Current contract with sky is 2 years and there is 1 year left which would be around £300 termination fees
