hi because of my upload latency is so high its making online gaming unplayable, anything i can do?

Welcome to the community.

I know how frustrating this would be when you are trying to game.

Which hub are you currently using?

Are you connected by WiFi or with an ethernet connection when you see the upload latency?

If you haven't already tried, I would try resetting your hub as well to see if there is any improvement.

Smart hub, tried using my netgear but it keeps disconnecting do went back to smart hub.

There's many Smart Hub models. Which 1? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
