Hi , my internet is very low. If I go on the kitchen I don’t have internet. I paid for 900 Mbites/sec and EE grants me for min 700MB/sec. I receive just 280MB/ sec. What I need to do?

Hi @sorake,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

I am sorry to hear your Broadband speeds are lower than expected. Our help page has information on the minimum speed guarantee and what you need to do if it is under. It is the speed to your hub that comes under the guarantee rather than WiFi speeds or other devices and you can test this within the app.

If your hub gets the speeds but certain rooms are not getting a good WiFi connection, Smart WiFi may be worth looking into to help.

Either way I would recommend giving our technical team a call so they can run some checks on your connection to help with your speed issue.

Alex
