My Internet went down on Wednesday 23rd November. Had an appointment booked with an engineer but internet came back on. Within minutes of cancelling my appointment, lost internet again and now my new appointment isn't for another 2 days which when you spend 80% of your job working from home is an issue.

Is it possible to speak to a human and not an automated service, text service, chat bot?
