      <title>Outage in Staines-upon-Thames</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There has been an outage in the Staines-upon-Thames area since the morning of Thursday the 20th. EE has confirmed it, and it still isn’t fixed. Sky broadband is also down, so it looks like an issue with the Openreach backbone. I don’t know why it hasn’t been resolved yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
