    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do any other devices connect OK or is it all devices?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked they haven't changed the router's WiFi SSIDs so your devices don't recognise them anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently had my Broadband hub reset by EE as they identified problems with the hub. Since then none of my smart plugs (Tapo &amp;amp; Meross) will connect anymore. Yes before anyone says it this is on 2.4 ghz, so I am now thinking its time to cancel my contract with EE as its not fit for purpose. I'd be interested to hear of others with the same problems xxx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
