    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my hub is flashing orange. I’ve checked all the cables. Steady green lights on BT connection box, POW,PON and LAN. Have powered hub down but still the same. Any ideas??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has come back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm glad to hear that things came back up quickly!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you ever face similar issues in the future, I'd recommend sending us a text with HELP to 66033.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will run you through our fault checker, which gives you some troubleshooting steps, will check both the area and your line, and if needs be help you arrange a call back from one of our Guides or an engineer appointment.&lt;/P&gt;
