Pac web addresses are beneficial compared to having the power to switch providers like EE. I recently bought the new PS5 Portal, and my PS5 and Portal won't connect. I've done a few administrative tasks, but now there's no connection between the portal and the PS5, even when it's wired. Please help if you know your tech!

Hi there @Mkpal.

I'm not familiar with Pac web addresses, but so we can best troubleshoot this with you I just want to check a few details first so we can be sure all the basics have been tried.

First of all, can you please check to make sure the PS Portal is able to connect to WiFi independently, and this is all working as it should be?

Also there are a few settings on your PS5 that are worth checking too.

Enable Remote Play - Go to Settings > System > Remote Play and turn on the Enable Remote Play setting.
Enable rest mode features - Go to Settings > Power Saving > Features available in Rest Mode.
Make sure 'Stay connected to the internet' and 'Enable turning on PS5 from network' are both switched on.
