My broadband has never worked correctly on my computer, phones and tablet work ok , the site really sucks as it says on my phone it's time to upgrade, so click on this to be shown deals, a screen comes up saying there's a problem to ring a number, you ring the number and nobody's there, nothing ever works, I tried sorting it previously but felt like banging my head on a wall , I can't even look at deals or know if I'm in or out of contract as I get automatically logged in to my account to be told nothing works, they are excellent at getting messages to pay them but the service sucks

Have done all that has been happening constantly for a year or so. Had
enough there is no help

@MartinYork I did read it, you said it was working on your phone and tablet, anyhow good luck getting whatever you need done!
