      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone &amp;amp; broadband have not been working for almost 48 hours and I am getting the same message over and over again and cannot contact anyone to speak to. I get a bot message saying it’s being looked into but on EE it says I have no open fault. Not happy and want to speak to someone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
