      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it normal for a suspension to be put in place whilst on a payment plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just lost all connection and the system is forcing me to clear the bill yet I do have a plan in place that enables me to not be restricted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, was up at 8, called CS and they explained the day I setup the payment plan being a Friday, the chap on the phone said the team who sort it all out doesn't work on weekends really but luckily he was a Payment Support Specialist who was able to lift the restriction, raise a complaint on my behalf and I agreed to the full payment on the 18th, he lifted the restriction with no charges to apologise for the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This topic can now be closed if needs be!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
