Setup Manager for the EE Hub

I know you can access the EE Hub setup manager using the EE mobile phone app, but I find this inconvenient.

Can you access the setup manager the "old fashioned" way by typing an address such as 192.168.1.254 into a browser on a computer connected by ethernet to the hub.?

If so, does that address, which is the one used to access the BT SmartHub 2 the correct one?

I'm advised that JimM11 may be a good person to answer this, but all responses welcome!

@chrisjp1 : Yes, Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router.

I agree with your views of using an app to access a router. You shouldn't be forced to use a smartphone to do this.

@chrisjp1 yes @XRaySpeX has answered it, you may find also being pushed over to https:// secure protocol as mentioned a few times now with latter FW updates applied, no longer a EE customer and no gear to test with! The app will be required for the EE Smarthub+ onwards and even the BT Smarthub2 for certain functions, you just hope it works and play's ball if/when you need it!
