    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi hope all is well. I really thought I'd replied to you twice but I must have lost the feed. I'm with BT/EE broadband. Full fibre 500. Only getting 65 at hub and half that at computer. Got some extender plugs that I haven't tried but hopefully things might change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Multiple engineers calling to my home multiple times to fix the fault with no resolution and I just received my full bill for a far from adequate full service. I shouldn't pay for a service that's undelivered!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It would appear that the engineers only checked the router output and not&lt;BR /&gt;where the signal needed to go. I did receive a couple of network extender&lt;BR /&gt;plugs so it'll be interesting to see how they help the situation.</description>
