WIFI 7 Pro TV Box issue?

I'm an EE (BT) customer with a WIFI 6 router and a Samsung Neo TV. I bought a WIFI 7 Router for better wifi coverage in my house which is tall and thin. The coverage with WIFI 7 is much better and would be ideal if the EE TV probox didn't keep cutting out with Broadband issues (both direct ethernet connected and wifi) after about 30 mins or so of streaming regular TV? Netflix and Prime seem unaffected but I've not tested to the same extent. I need the community expertise to help me solve this puzzle. BTW, I bought two wifi 7 routers as I thought the first may be faulty. Potentially I now have 2 barely used for sale if I can't solve this problem. Fixes or offers gratefully accepted. Cheers

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me.
Yes the wifi 6 Router works well in the lounge and close by but the drop off in the office was massive, even with the extenders.
I was down to a wavering 30Mbs at times which affected download times a lot.In context, the wifi 7, with extender was smashing 600Mbs in the same location.

Please forgive the late reply.

I can watch everything for around 30mins or so. (Once it ran for about 2 hours connected just to the box alone). Then it will cut out and say there is a broadband issue (despite there not being an issue on my devices elsewhere). Netflix and Prime, BBC i player all still work (I think, as not tested over extensive time period). It seems to be just live tv through the EE TV guide?

As for the solution above, I have spoken with an EE engineer in the meantime, who suggested I needed to pay for Wifi 7 from EE to allow the box to work.

I thought this was an odd assessment but I guess it may be the case?
