Hi I am EE customer and my to freezes and WIFI seems to be slow but I was told it was the fast one I don’t get much on my upstairs rooms either . I need a WIFI booster does it cost extra ? Thanks

@Boyledenise54 Yes booster hardware is a supplement addon unless you have it in your package already, £10/month extra, so you may be able to look at one off your bills to see if you are already paying for it!

@Boyledenise54 When you post on the Forum all customers like yourself, and not EE employee's, all we can do is pass the advice to you, you can contact EE and see what you have with them! Just dial 150 from a landline or EE mobile, if not text GUIDE to 66033 and have someone call you back if the text goes and works!

WiFi extenders won't help with slow WiFi.

Which EE router do you have.
