What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Yes, EE are probably moving you to Full Fibre (WBC FTTP) from FTTC VDSL. It will require a new connection to your house.

Would you now post the text below that table so as to see how difficult it might be or not?

Good, you'll get your new fibre line from the nearly telephone pole (as you do now). There should be no difficulty.

Oh, I just noticed it says "ONT exists with active service". That should mean you have a full fibre box on an inside wall with active Full Fibre. But EE Fibre Plus is not Full Fibre.

I've no idea what EE have in mind. You'll have to ask them. I'm just deducing what it is likely to be from the availability of types of BB at your place. Once Full Fibre is in place there EE stops selling FTTC & is likely to want to move FTTC users to Full Fibre over time.

I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call, and they can bring up your account and see exactly what is changing and to what, and how it will impact you.
