      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone had a loss of access to the EE app and also has anyone heard of when the internet is going to be back up and running on Shetland as the company that owns the fibre optic subsea cable repaired it over 24 hrs ago and service was restored but somehow even through Openreach had a separate cable they’ve decided to cut a whole load of people off of their service and now saying they don’t have an idea on when the service will be restored&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
