    <description>&lt;P&gt;Already done that n spoke to someone last month was working for a few days then it’s not again so I give up but we are aweear of &amp;nbsp;the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can’t seem to look get it to the manage broadband on the app it was working but just comes up that there’s a problem and to try again later I did speak to ee on 30th sept and they sorted it but it’s not appearing again now anyone have the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already, it's worth checking to make sure that both the app itself, along with your phone's software, are fully up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Normally if you have an issue like this we'll raise an incident for investigation, or if other users are experiencing similar we'll log your experience against the existing incident.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have trouble I would definitely recommend getting back in touch, and they'll be able to check to see if there are any updates.&lt;/P&gt;
