Full fibre query

Hi everyone, so currently I have EE part fibre broadband as it's not available in my area yet. But today I went on sky broadband checker and after putting my address in the deals that were on offer was full fibre all the way up to a gigabyte, but sky uses bt openreach network which is the same as BT and EE. Yet they both don't offer me full fibre in my area.......how can this be the case???

It is cuz EE uses only the OR infrastructure for its BB while Sky uses CityFibre as well as OR & CF can provide Full Fibre there.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

@Gothorp23 Openreach FF is not available currently, so if the sky link i sent is offering Fibre all the way up even as far as the 5GB/s and symmetrical up/down then you will have CF CityFibre connection close enough for your Fibre Installation from Sky!

Yes, you can't get Full Fibre from EE but you should be able from CityFibre.
