&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your service. If our Customer Support team are aware of an issue in your area, it means our engineers will be working to get it resolved as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may be entitled to automatic compensation too. This &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/fix-problem/automatic-compensation" target="_blank"&gt;Automatic compensation for broadband issues&lt;/A&gt; help page explains a bit more.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have been with EE just over a month and our broadband is down. Initially we were told it would take a few hours to fix and it did go back on last night. Now woke up to the same issue and told it could take all weekend to fix!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
