When I was moved from BT to EE I kept the BT Smart Hub 2 that I was originally provided with two or three years previously. When it works it works fine, but three or four times a week Wifi connections to the router are lost. I reboot the router and its fine again for a short time. I have also used factory reset to see if that helps, but lost connections keep happening and rebooting is still necessary.

Any ideas?

Regards

Nigel

Yes. Just wireless connections. Anything wired in to the router is okay

Are you Full Fibre? I have the Smart 2 Hub and when my connection was copper to the pole I had the hub dropping connection between combi boiler and wifi thermostat. Since going Full Fibre it has given a more stable connection.

Think the period of hold is at least 20 seconds on the button!
