    <description>&lt;P&gt;After spending a lot of time testing why my broadband stopped working , according to EE cs the power supply is at fault.&amp;nbsp; This was last Saturday the 18th. I recieved the shipping details for the replacement on the same day.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since then, 4 days later,&amp;nbsp; DPD tracking says that they are expecting a parcel from EE but have still not recieved it!&amp;nbsp; WHO and How can I reach a human voice that can say what is going on? I need the Internet for my job!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The DPD tracking number is&amp;nbsp;4*********&lt;/P&gt;
