Some troubleshooting we would recommend is to fully logout the app and restart the hub then log back in to try again. Re-installing the app and testing the app on another device to rule out any issues there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If none of that resolves it I would recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline" target="_blank"&gt;getting in touch&lt;/A&gt; with our technical team so they can check your account and escalate the issue for you if needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't add groups</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot set up a group. Every single time I try in app I get an error saying "can't save group".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to block the kids from the WiFi overnight and not being able to add groups is preventing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
