I can’t seem to link my hive hub to the router could anything be blocking it

@PaulSykes72 which EE Router and which Hive Hub? Have you recently joined EE?

I ask as on mine it is connected via an ethernet cable without issue.

But some connect via WiFi, and in any event may just need a reset depending on who your last provider was.

Which EE router? How is the Hive Hub connected to the router? If by WiFi, Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your device to that.
