Unable to connect.

It is getting impossible to connect an XTU MR03 camera to full fibre 100mb I have tried next to the router and away from the router and cancel the 5gh only the 2.4gh on main& compatible.

On a samsug A15

Thinking of changing my broadband once my contract runs out.

Has your password or SSID any special characters. This is likely your problem.

Try setting up a guest network with a simple name and password, then try again at 2.4.

HI. No my router password and ssid have no special cartes.

How many devices can you cannet to full fibre 100.

I'm pretty sure you can connect up to 64 devices. What happens when you try to connect it?

Could you try restarting the camera and the router and try it again please, @Michael4658?

Please make sure the camera is in close proximity to the router too.

Hi been trying for more than 5 days now to connect my video door bell MR03 to my wfi

i have reset my router and reset the camera over and over stil not connecting to the router

it use to connect.

Please try connect it to a different router @Michael4658

For example, if you take it to a friend or family members house to test.

This would help confirm the camera has not developed a fault.
