Just tried following the student beans link, same for me, can't get the sim discount or the broadband discount to show, just redirects to my normal profile, did you ever manage to use it?

Thanks for coming back to the community.

It is worth giving the steps that @Colesey has mentioned above a try.

I don't have a Student Beans account but when I clicked on the link you gave above, it took me to the EE broadband page and asked me to enter my code.

If it still doesn't work, try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or try another browser or device to see if that helps.

Hi, I have the exact same issue even after having cleared cookies and cache and tried a different browser. The solution at the bottom did not work for me.

Different devices, different browsers tried, tried in private mode, same.

In the end found a site that show the student discounts and it's a £1 a month more than I'm paying anyway 🤷, £30.99 for 500mb

I switched from bt as I had a good price with them and they honoured my old by price at the time
