      <title>Getting a fault update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to speak to someone directly about an update on our broadband being down due to a cable issue after the storm. I can get a text update but doesn’t seem to be any option anywhere to actually speak to someone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
