I’ve just today changed my broadband and Tv from BT to EE. I’ve had a text to advise it has now changed, but no information on a password for the EE internet, I’m still on BT internet. My hub hasn’t been changed, I was advised it would automatically change. Please advise on password for EE and the name of the EE Wi-Fi as there are 2 options showing when I’ve looked at it

If your hardware has not changed from BT to EE, then everything is still the same for your home broadband router to internet. You will have a new EE ID and account number hopefully in the welcome to EE e-mail! New hardware may not be supplied if EE/BT deem what you have is good enough. You can also get to everything through your MyBT account ID in the meantime.
