How can I add someone else to the account so the person can also pay the broad band bills

You can't have another person access your EE a/c w/out, obviously, giving them its creds. However you can put any bank a/c, yours or another's, down for the DD.

Following on from what @XRaySpeX has mentioned, someone else can make a card payment to your account in the EE app or EE website, if they have access to your account.

Even w/out actual access to your EE a/c, someone else can make a bank transfer to your BB a/c by eBanking if they have access to just your account number - see Change how you pay for your EE Broadband
