Hi all, I have this week changed over from BT to EE, and 90% of the time I can't access the parental controls for the broadband. I reinstalled the app, nothing, then reset the router in case it was a connection issue. I still cannot get on the broadband section of the app and have no way to stop the wifi on certain devices and they have had unlimited access all night for days. Is the app always this unfit for purpose? Considering cancelling as the app is a bit of a deal breaker in this house.
