If you text that number, there will be an automatic test done on the line.

If an engineer is needed, there will be an option to arrange that, or you'll get a call back from our broadband guides if they need you to look at it further.

My Openreach ONT has Power, PON, and Port 1 lights on, but my EE router is flashing orange.

The ONT was turned off during the Openreach test.

Could someone from EE or Openreach please confirm whether the line has been fully activated, or if a remote re-check can be done? I’d really appreciate it, as I’d prefer not to be without service all week if it can be resolved sooner.

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing but it won't be actioned until the morning.

Thank you for the response — can you tell me if the test will be done automatically through this number?
