      <title>Router is stuck on green light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we are having the same problem with the same box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like there was a power cut last night.&amp;nbsp; The wall socket is still working, but the internet is down and the router is showing steady green light.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have switched off and on, then left off for several minutes, then pressed the reset for 2 minutes, but no change.&amp;nbsp; Can you help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is an issue with the router, should we contact EE for a replacement?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
