Hello

Received an email from EE indicating possible power supply issues. I was sent a replacement it did not fit, after going around in circles try to contact a human to explain. I finally managed to get through and explain, they arranged for another to be sent, again it did not fit I am now sick and tied of having my system checked by bots

Hi @Williamk98

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a couple of incorrect power units. The only thing I can recommend at the moment is to speak with our Customer Support team again and explain what's happened. They'll be able to look into it further and make sure that you get the correct one.

Chris

Is that what you have? I'd be v. surprised if EE sent out anything other than the power supply for the SH+.
