      <title>Broadband down and getting no answers from the 150 service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our home EE broad band has been down since Saturday (6th Sept) and has come back online for about an hour a couple of times since then, The EE diagnostics bot now tells me it will be the 17th before its back up and running, i cant get hold of anyone to tell me whats wrong or what i can do in the mean time, i live rurally and the 4G is borderline at best, I'm an office working usually working remotley and now have a 130 mile drive daily to go into the office as ive no connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i get hold of some one to give me options or even compensation for this outage?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ross&lt;/P&gt;</description>
