We've already raised a complaint, we're on the executive complaints process - but nothing ends up getting them to fix it

Why does this take so long

Our broadband randomly turned off 3 weeks ago

We've been on the phone with EE countless times, they've told us many times that they're talking to openreach, but it seems every single time we call up that we're told a different story

First it was an upgrade that we said we didn't want, then it was due to an old phone number, now they're blaming a stuck order

Openreach have been aware of the issue but nothing is being done, and we're being quoted 5 days waiting time each time we call - I understand this is probably just the default SLA, but this is getting silly now

I've also received more than 5 "resolution" texts, which just add insult to injury

Is anyone able to help any more than people on the phone already have??
