Is that so?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She needs to call Sky &amp;amp; cancel her BB order.&amp;nbsp;If she ordered by phone or online she should have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after installation to cancel her order FoC. If she ordered in-store she has no such "change-of-mind" right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
