What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Switched from Sky to EE about a year ago and really wish I had not the service is very poor indeed internet constantly droping out two to 3 times a day keep saying there is a fault which never gets fixed. Never once did sky drop out and its on the same bt lines. As for the tv even with the aple tv 4k box the choice is rubbish. there tv guide is gltchy and quality is not good at all. I only got the aple box because thier pro box lacks so many apps. Very disapointed indeed. I will not be renewing any contract when its up. Everything on EE is so outdated. Only thing good is EE mobile cant fault it.

Hi there @Scottyd68

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry you are having problems with the broadband connection. I would suggest going through the troubleshooting steps on the 'Fix An EE Broadband Connection Problem' help page and testing the connection. If you have tried all the steps before and this is still happening, please get back in touch with our broadband tech guides to see what the next steps will be to get this sorted.

Leanne 🙂
