      <title>Pairing EE App with Smart Hub Plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EE app is on my iPhone 16E. I can pair the app with my Smart Hub Plus, but have to repeat the pairing process every time I load and use the app. Is this a feature or a bug?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4850590"&gt;@RobMiller&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do you see a picture of the Smart Hub Plus in the app when you go to the Broadband section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do I am experiencing the same issue so it looks to be a bug. Except I my case it will not let me repair, so I ignore it and everything else still works as it should in the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
