    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can log on and view my broadband bill but if I try to view my phone bill I get the following message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;`&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Oops! You don't appear to be logged in. Please log-in&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/exp/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;to access this page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If I press `here' I get sent to a page that has no log on link.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have tried a number of times without success.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If this is happening within the EE app, and when logging into your &lt;A href="https://id.ee.co.uk/id/login" target="_blank"&gt;main online account&lt;/A&gt;, your mobile number may not be linked successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/manage/link-products" target="_blank"&gt;make sure you have your mobile details linked to your EE ID&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your details are already in place, but the same error is showing no matter where you log in, &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;please speak to our team&lt;/A&gt;, and they can make sure your online account is set up correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
