      <title>External cabling hanging loose</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The cables for my full fibre are hanging loose on the outside of my house. I also understand they’re not meant to cross over. They are in serious danger of doing so. How do I get this fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
