    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I had my EE broadband installed on July 31st and since then I've not been able to access details about my account. When I try to check my broadband packages or my bill information, I'm met with the same error screen on multiple devices and browsers.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4849452"&gt;@PepsiMikey&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, have you made sure that you have the latest app, which updated this last week?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try uninstalling it, rebooting and then try installing it again, if that does not work I would ring customer support and ask them to do an account refresh to see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
